Jan 03 EB1-EA approved

My lawyer filed two 140s for me..
Today the EB1-EA filed on Jan 03 at VSC was finally approved.
My EB3 (concurrent) at NSC was approved in March 04.
Still awaiting my 485 approval.

LUD changed again today for approved EB1-EA 140. Any thoughts?

Your approval gives me hope. I filed I140 / 485 concurrently @ VSC, ND: 02/05/2003; have 2nd FP scheduled for Nov 16th, but no news otherwise.

Congrats aonflux! I am still waiting EB1-EA Sep 20, 2002. 2nd FP in Sep. 04. No update as yet. The official date for VSC is still showing 9/9/2002 - hopefully the next update will show they have progressed to Dec/Jan. What field did you claim EA in?

Anyone know whether an approved EB1-EA 140 helps to get 485 approved faster? right now my485 is connected to my NSC 140 (EB3). Should I be doing anything with my approved EB1-EA?

No. Every one (EB1,2,3) is in the same boat at I-485 stage. Adjudications may take place first come first serve basis.

Thanks gcusa99. What about the priority date regression for EB3 cases? would my EB1-Ea help at that time?
