Jan 02 RD - Status via Phone

Hi Folks,

I have been calling the automated number for a status of my case and since yesterday afternoon received the following status 'Due to a temporary problem we cannot access your case at this time...'. When I check my wife's case status, I hear normal message though 'On June 3rd, 2002....blah blah blah'.

Has anyone experience similar situation? Is this a good omen or bad? I appreciate your thoughts.

Yes, there is a message online. This was from back in Sept about responding to my enquiry blah blah... Not very helpful.
 
We are April 02 filers. For months I have been getting the same error message "Due to Temporary problem...", while my wife's case had "Processing Resumed Message".
Today we got the emails that they have issued RFE . Waiting to see what is in it. Will update...
 
I get the exact same phone message. The online message is the same old one they updated after my address change..

Some times it says like that. But if you call back after couple of hours it will be ok

I have checked it may times and it is the same....
