JAN/01 Filers, keep checking AVM. Mine has been updated last Saturday for the first time. I believe this is a good indication that our cases would be processed soon.

Congrats.

My 140 is also approved for CP. But I decided to file 485 and I yet have to file it. Do I need to send a letter to NVC stating that I am going for AOS or Do U indicate that there is no such need as there is no delay so no need to send that letter.

No, I never called IIO. It got updated by itself. Both me & my wife\'s AVM got updated. My daughter\'s ND is FEB and that\'s not updated yet.
