J2 vs B2 for dependent visa

Hi,

I am a physician working in the US on a J1 visa. My fiancee (a doctor in India) has a B2 visa for the US. We plan to get married in a few weeks. Can she enter the US with that B2 visa after we have been married. Can we change her visa status in US later to a J2 or a H1 without running into any issues?

Once you get married she will get J2, and will have to go through the same procees J1waiver in order to get an H4
