Hello Everybody,
I was on H1B and then applied for a J2 Transfer in the month of nov'10 where as my employer revoked my H1b in the month of Dec'10 which was valid till Oct'11 and I have a valid I94 till Sep'11.I got a denial notice on April 12th 2011 for J2 transfer and now Iam out of status.
Now,my issue is that my when should I leave the country.Iam planning to leave on Apr27th 2011.Will that be fine?Iam still waiting for the reason of Denial.But watever could be the reason I have to leave the country so Iam planning to leave by Apr27th which is 15days from the date of denial.Am I good or am i staying over time?Plsss hellppp meee with myquestions..Any grace period for j2 change of status denial cases.
