I am doing residency on J1 right now.I am thinking of bringing my wife to USA on J2 visa.She is also planning to apply for residency on J2 next year.now my questions are.
1.can she do residency while on J2?or she needs her own J1 for starting residency?
2.Is it possible for her to obtain H1 visa for residency if residency program is willing to sponsor H1?
3.If I get my waiver job,than does she needs to do also a waiver job separately after her residency on J2 visa?
4.what is visa status on J1 waiver?is it H1 or Green card or J1 waiver is a seperate visa category?
