recently my wife has got waiver.
Last year i got H1b . that time USCIS asked me to submit waiver on stamping time.
So my question is with out going to India for H1B stamping can i get I 94 using this waiver. if yes please send me the details . my visa is going to expire on July 1. so pls help me
