I was working in J2 visa with vaild EAD(expired visa)and then i got the H1B (when J2 was about to expire) approval have a valid I 94 till 2007 which was issued in US will want to visit India. Has anyone been in this situation?? and has Visa stamping been reject in India (Chennai Counsulate). Can i get it stamped in Canada. I am working as a Marketing analyst
