I am presently on J2 visa with work authorization (EAD) and work for a company. My J2 visa is valid upto Dec08...Current EAD is valid upto Jul07 and have sent for renewal upto Dec08. Menawhile my H1B got approved (filed by my present company).
My question is : whether I can continue working for this company on J2 EAD until October 01 --start date of H1B? Will my J2 get renewed until Dec08 though I have been approved for H1B.?
