J2 Ead

in my opinion J2 EAD does not have any restriction accept that u have to prove and show its not intended to financially support the Priamry J1 holder, usually people say taking a job as bored and nothing to do at home

It is probably less of an issue with resident salaries than it is for graduate students. With the grad students who get barely 125% of federal poverty level, any sort of employment by the spouse will be under the suspicion of being necessary for living expenses. But still, if your spouse as an attending makes 5 times what you make, you should be careful to have your finances set up in a way that all the living expenses are paid out of the J1s paycheck.
