here is my situation
- I am a J1 Research scholar,
- My wife is J2 and has an EAD.
- My boss is moving to another university, so I need to have my DS2019 transfered to that other university.
- My new university cannot issue a new DS2019 before the transfert date.
and the transfert date is exactly the end of my current status.
- My wife need to apply for the EAD renewal 3 months in advance...
So here is the question : Is there any chance that my wife can get a EAD renewal without that DS2019 ?
