Hi everybody,
I am holding J2-visa. Last year, I worked for a lawyer office and I received tax form 1099-MISC. After declaring tax, the federal tax department charged me a self employment tax of 430$. I don't if I can request them to get back this amount because I will not stay this country.
Any help is highly appreciated.
