I\'m on a J1 with HRR requirement. My husband got his I-140 approved and will apply for I-485.
1. Can he include me while filing and say "follow to join"?
2. Can I apply for my I-485 after I have a J1 waiver?
3. When do start working on getting a J1 waiver? I still have 3 more years of training to finish.
