I'm a student with a j1 -two years rule apply, actually in the United States. My visa is going to expire on th 31 may (but I can have an easy extension of three months from my College). I want to know if it possible to cancel the two years rule someway. My problem is that I'll come back probably in my country in May but it is possible that in the next two years I'll come back in the States.
I don't want to be wrong, but I understood that with the two years rule I can't apply for another j1 for a couple of years. Is it correct?
I know that this post is confusing but I'm really confused from all these documents. Please help me!
