Gentlemen, please advise me what to do, many thanks.
My basic infomation:
J-1 holder in 1996 (Chinese citizen), immigranted to Canada 1997, Canadian Citizen 2001, TN holder in 2005, working in a private US company, a child (US and Canadian citizenships) born in the US 2 weeks ago
Puzzles:
Chinese embassy does not accept my application for J-1 waiver, due to loss my Chinese citizenship, and I need working visa to work in China if I want to fulfill the 2 years home residency.
Help required
1. If I apply for hardship waiver, what kinds of reason can be convincing?
2. If I apply for interested goverment agency waiver, how can my company initiate this issue and how to contact the department of commerce or other government agencies?
3. which approach is more realastic?
