J1 Waiver = Utopia ?

Hello everybody :)

So...I was in an exchange program from January to June and I got the J1 visa, and since I received a financial support from the government of my country, I am now subject to the 2YHR

Well i was pretty much upset at that time when i received my visa... :(

I mean when I was in the United States I really felt like I was at home. I really want to live and work there.

Si I called my country's embassy in Washington DC to find out what I have to do to get a no-objection letter from their services.
They basically told me that I have to give them copies of my passport and my Ds 2019, a covering letter etc...(well nothing very complicated so far)

But also, a letter from an american employer stating that he/she would be willing to hire me in his/her company for such period and for such income etc...

But from what I could read in this forum, it takes a long time before a No-Objection letter is delivered by the embassy and treated by the Us Immigration Services, like months, or a year or even more

--- So I was wondering, well...if it takes so much time, why bother ?
Might as well wait the two years in my country

--- And let's pretend the employer offers me a job with a 3-month deadline...how can I be fast enough to get the no-objection letter and get everything in order with the Dos/Ins (I know that they're not likely to deliver more H visas this year, the number of 65 000 soon being reached, I have to wait till next year, so let's pretend i get an job offer on July 2006 to start October the 1st)

Thank you very much for your opinions/advice :)
