Actually, I want to apply for J1 waiver on the basis of NORI.
I am living in PA.
Last year, I was on J1 but after getting the training, i went back to India.
Now, I am back in US on F1 and want to get rid of 2 year HRR.
So that I can convert my F1 to H1.
Would anyone please guide How to get it started?
Do I need to hire a lawyer or I can save that $$$$$?
