I completed my medical school curriculum from india, and currently doing research in US on J1-research scholar visa. I have obtained attested NORI application sets from indian consulate in my state.
My Dad has submitted applications personally in:
1. regional passport office
2. Home secretary office
Should I submit the third set to Dept of education, Ministry of human resources, Delhi? Recently my friend got waiver certificate successfully without submitting appl to dept of education. My friend submitted applications to passport office and home secretary only. Is there any change in the policy of Indian embassy in issuing no objection certificate for candidates with MBBS from india who are not pursuing medical training or practicing medicine in US? Though my friend successfully got waiver, none of the concerned website give such information. but this two step appl can save time. Any input will be highly appreciated !
