J1 waiver in PA

Has any body done a J1 waiver applicaction in PA recently.
Is it smooth and straighforward or is their any problems.
How long does it take???
Any Advice??

it is a very smooth process. it took a month from when DOH received the application and sent it to DOS.

I guess another question is, do they fill all their 30 slots. If so, what is the deadline and how do they choose the applications.
