I got j1 for 1 yr visa for hotel management training...My visa expires on 30th sep,09.I had applied for j1 waiver on feb 7th,09...I got noc from Delhi but i didnt get other 2 letters from passport office and home secretary in chennai,Tamilnadu...
Now i have only 1 month for my expiry of the visa and am flying to india to 28th oct,09...My company wants to hire me through h1b visa...This is my case...If i dont get my j1 waiver before i leave this country-how am going to get j1 waiver?
Is there any chance i can complete the process after reaching india? Whom should i contact to check about this or any one know what to do?One of my friend said-If i leave the country then the whole process of j1 waiver is going to cancel or useless...I spend lot of time,money & energy for this waiver process...I want to get my j1 waiver -what is the possible solution now...
please help me-i want to find some solution for my problem!!!
