I am writing just to share my bad experience with an attorney Greg Siskind. I just hope that other people would not make my mistake, and go with a local attorney or an attorney that they met and trust. I spent lots of money for a J1 waiver application because he seemed to be professional and he wrote a book about j1 waiver. After the waiver got rejected, he just ignored me instead of offering any options of how to fight over the waiver (e.g., appeal or court). From the beginning his attitude was not personal to this case, and he gave his case to his paralegals, and did not remember me or my case at all when I talked to him another time. It also took long time to submit the application….I just feel robbed....The conclusion is please be reasonable in choosing an attorney, and if he charges a lot or wrote a book it does not mean that he will behave professionally….
