J1 waiver- accelerated process

Hi:
Can anyone tell me if accelerated processing is available for J1 waiver from DOS after paying extra $1000.00 processing fee. Thanks.
 
its called 'premium processing' and NO its not available for J waiver processing by the DOS! !
 
DOS's processing is very fast, usually within a week or two. Why do you need to be expedited?
 
Really? What then explains some of the delays. My sponsors sent their view to DOS mid june and still there is no update on my case.

Does DOS require sponsor views in every J1-waiver case

I see some people quote their case progress on this forum. In some cases DOS asks sponsor views. Can some one explain the situation/circumstances in which DOS asks sponsor views or this is required in every case. Thanks.
 
What if my sponsors never send their views- what options do I have. Will DOS wait on them forever? I need help on this please
