Hi,
I heard that there is a new rule that will not allow the waiver of new J1 Visa.Can someone clarify on this.
If i dont get the waiver i have to say in the home country for 2 yrs then only i am elgible for applying any other VIsas.
Once the J1 visa is stamped and if i have not gone to US on J1 visa still i have to apply for waiver in order to get the H1B and other Visas.
