My husband is on H1B visa.He has applied for labour certification and it is still in process. I am currently on H4 visa and applying for J1 visa for residency training.In the J1 application form there is a question asking if any immigration petition has ever been filed for me.Since my husband has actually not filed the I140 yet, can I answer "no" for this specific question
