My finace is studying in the US on J1 visa, can i accompany him to the US in case we get married? what shall we do, he cann't leave the US now..shall i go there and get married? can then we give the marriage license to his university so they can issue me a J2 visa to accompany him? Does anyone know how that work...and what do we need to marry in the US...is it civil marrige only...is that easy and what would they require from us? please advise..
