I know i shouldnt have posted it here but seeing your wisdom i had to if u can pls suggest what is all this is this the way things work in USA, is it lawful.
This is what i got from a lawyer in my response to how can i get an H1(Non Medico) for myself.(my wife is already in US doing her residency on H1)
Lawyer Writes:
The sponsorship is only constructive in nature meaning it will help get you here. During your three years here you will undoubtedly make numerous contacts on legitimate employment opportunities. The documents needed are:
1) Original Transcripts,
2) Copy of Diploma
3) Copy of passport (picture page)
The fee of $3500 is due immediately upon signing and can be charged to a credit card. The balance of $1185, which is the filing fee, can be paid April 1, 2005.
