I am in 12th month of my waiver.I got waiver thru ARC.I am doing way diff what i was told at time of signing contract( unfortunatly no mention in contract).I am seeing 35-40 pts/day with one PA with 4-5 admission a day.Hospital adm. not happy wih company and even slightest mistake is a made a huge deal.Now they want to add another PA and increse the Pt load. I am in contact with other company and they r offering me job
