Hello everyone,
We are trying to figure out a way to bring my wife back to the states. she was on J1 for 10 years (studies and training time included) and now living in Canada. She got a job offer but she would need a waiver in order to apply for H1B, something that she could not obtain.
Can she go back as J1 again? or is J1 is reserved for students and training?
what are other options?
