Hi All,
I had been on J1 visa and got a waiver for 2 year home land serving requirement in sept 08. I joined a new organization in dec 08 on H1b. Now I am planning a trip to India and took an appointment to get the visa stamped.
I am wondering if I would be considered as potential immigrant as I switched from J1 to H1b after taking the wavier.
