I would greatly appreciate ,if some one could help me out ..
My friend is in US on J1 visa for the last one year..Hes been working for 1 year in a company.The same company had processed his h1 visa(2006 quota)and he got it approved by early July06'.But meanwhile his project got over on Sept06',and so now hes out of job.
My question is:
Will he be able to transfer the H1B visa to another company without any paystubs?What all is needed for his transfer?
He has all the paystubs for the time he worked under J1 visa.But he does not have any pay stubs under H1,bcoz his project got over b4 Oct06.Will there be any proble
m for the transfer??Is there any time limit??
