Hi everybody,
I am currently a J1 visa holder as a French teacher. My program sponsor is the council for the development of French in Louisiana. The Exchange number starts with G. The item 5 of my application says:
"During the period covered by this form, the total estimated financial support (in US $) is to be provided by: All other organizations providing support: ......... $"
This aplication expires on July 2006, and I am a subject of the two years requirement indicated in my visa stamp.
Recently, I was selected to apply for the Green card DV 2006. Therefore I have to obtain a waiver to cancel the two years requirement and meanwhile I have to get a no objection letter from my country.
My questions are:
* What form I have to fill to ask for the waiver?
* where do I get this form from?
* Who is concerned by issuing me this waiver?
* Is there a certain form for the "no objection" letter, or do I just have to write it in my own words?
Thanks a lot to anyone that have an answer to any of these questions.
