Hello, I am currently on a J1, my I94 expires on March 7th. I have a pending application for an E2 visa (Treaty Investor) which is under premium processing at this moment with Califorornia Service Center. Although I am fairly hopeful about it being approved I want to be ready for it's refusal.. I would need to quickly apply for a B (business) visa to give me a chance to sort out the company - I would need to employ a manager to run it when I have left the US etc. I realise I could not actually work in the company but I believe I can still be around conducting interviews etc. Does anyone have any experience with this? is this an applicaiton that would be dealt with by USIS?
