There's a help line in Philadelphia for you to get the required federal forms.
You'll need to contact the state of Virginia for your state forms.
Expect to spend about 10 hours doing your taxes.
The best help you can get may be at a State school in Virginia. They may have a help page on what to do. If you attend a school, then call the offices there and see if they know what to do. If you are on a work J-1 visa, then notes that a University has on the subject may help you anyway.
