hello there,
I am in process of getting waiver on the basis of NOC .
Could anyone who has cracked it from chandigarh or north India , please guide me - What is this statement of reason?
What could be the best reason?
OR simply tell them that I am getting a work opportunity In U.S. is enough/

Thanks all.

Statement

No, you have to polish your statement.

Simply saying you have a job is bad reason (sounds selfish). You have to say that staying in the USA will be better not only for you but for both countries (USA and home country).

Say that by staying in the USA, you will continue your research and expand knowledge. On the long run that will benefit the USA. Say that the resources in the USA are much higher that in your home country, therefore your productivity will be higher).

Don't make it sound selfish, but the opposite way. Try to make it sound altruistic. And that your work will benefit your own country as well by potential collaborations with scientists in your home country.
