Hi everyone,
I had a few questions about the J1 waiver...

1. Of the 3 clauses that grants one a J1 waiver, is the hardship clause. If at the end of my residency +/- fellowship and my wife being a GREENCARD HOLDER and resident in the US, will I be granted a waiver?
2. Any latest news about the NIW?
3. What exactly does "Permanent Resident" mean?

>>> LPR (lawful permanent resident) is legal language for GC holder
