I submitted my paper work more than 4 months back for J1. After 4 months, the service center is asking for additional evidence.
Can I apply for premium processing for J1 visa at this stage when they are asking for additional evidence?
By chance for some reason they reject my J1 visa, can I ask my company to sponsor my H1 visa?
If sponsoring H1 is possible in case J1 is rejected, then can I stay in this country while I wait for the h1 visa (premium processing)?
What are the other options if my J1 is rejected for some reason? My case is very straightforward and I came here legally into the country and have had no criminal records.
Would you happen to know what documents I should have submitted for my J1 visa when I initially submitted my paper wok through my company?
Is there anyway way some attorney can represent me at this point?
