Hi All!
Would really appreciate if someone can help me out.
1. I am shortly going to apply for my GC. Currently I'm on H1-B Visa
2. My spouse is a Doc but she came here on H4
3. She has cleared her USMLE and wants to join residency for which she needs either a J1 or a H1. If she chose a J1 (coz that eliminates another round of exam step3) will that automatically get adjusted to my status if my GC gets approved? (coz J1 is not a dual intent visa). What would be the best option.
