Hello everyone,
My wife has been a J1 holder for a little over 6 years now. she will be completing her PhD in this coming summer. I wanted to know if it is possible to get a waiver based on hardship. we have two USC kids and I am a Permanent Resident. I wil be eligible for citizenship in 2008.
