I have been working in U. S. university on J1 visa & my wife on J2 visa for last two years.I have a government job in india. I want to resign my job because ,I want to stay here one year more .In the mean time I have to go to India.If i go to india, will there be any problem for visa stamping for second time? (2) Will there be any problem If I go first to get visa stamping and my wife goes later on for her J2 visa stamping?I have a valid job offer and funding for another one and half year from the same university.
