hi!
my husband (j1) and i (j2) want to travel to our home country and stay for about 6 weeks. the sponsor organization says my husband can only stay for a maximum period of 30 days!!?? this would be a rule of the state department.
Is this true? I couldn't verify it anywhere!
And what about j2? if he really has to go back to US after 30 days, do I have to as well?
