Is there minimum wage for J1 holders?
Or is J1 exempt?
There's an internship program agent who
claims to send me man power for free (less
than $300/month). The applicants are even
willing to pay money to the program to gain
work experience in the US.
I am interested but do not want to
viloate the state law.
Of course the quality of the free manpower
is higly questionable but simply I want to know
whether it's legal or not for now.
