I don't know what I can do for the affidavits.
I filed DS-3035 in Dec. 2008 and filed I-612 at the same time. USCIS local office interviewed my husband(USC) and I for I-612 application in May 2010. We called USCIS recently, and got the answer that my case is under processing. Hopefully I can get I-613 soon. I called DoS and got a letter back showing that "They need I-612 and I-613". We know that I-612 and I-613 should be sent directly from USCIS if they are got approved.
Meanwhile DoS case status showing that: "Affidavits Requested January 09, 2011". What's the meaning of it? What can I do with the affidavits? Please help me. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
