Right now I have J1 visa which expire on Nov/31/04,
my wife holds j2 and got a job with work permit which will expire on Nov/31/04,
Now I got waiverd,and I fined a new exmployer and applied my H1b which got approved with starting date July,1st,2004.
But I decide move to my new employer after July 20,
My question:
Can I work with J1 for my old employer from july 1st to july 19,then move to the new employer after july 20?
Can my wife work legally with her EAD in the same time,I mean from july 1 to 19?
