I am planning to change my visa from J1 to H1. I have few questions.
1. I am from Hyderabad. I would like to know the complete address of Home Department, to which I have to send the attested documents for clerance.
2. how to write the statement (reasons for not fulfilling HRR) to DOS?
3. can I apply for case No. with out any NO OBJ / or waiver letter from Indian embassy. What are the documents I need to submit along with application form for case no. Does this appication has anything to do with my travel outside the US with my current J1?
4. Also, how to write "A statement demonstrating why the exchange visitor is eligible to receive a waiver of the two-year"?
