Hi there, English guy asking dumb questions this time, I was in Florida back in 2001 on a flight training program on a J1 visa, however I had problems back in England that required me to return home, so I had the visa cancelled in March of 2001, I have since been back to the US on M1 visa's, once for three weeks in May 2003 and again for one week in October 2003, I now wish to complete my training for a commercial licence in America, and still meet the flying requirements , what I would like to know based on the above, is can I re-apply for a J1 visa,
