J1 Fellowship Transfer

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone have knowledge of or experience in obtaining a transfer from one hospital system to another while on J1 doing fellowship? For example, if I were living in City A and wanted to relocate to City B due to family commitments can I get a transfer on my J1 provided I get admission, etc.?
