J1 conrad 30 timeline

Hello all,

Can anyone please tell me how long it takes for USCIS to approve the final waiver (for COnrad 30 program)

My wife has filed for Change of status (I612) and H1B simultaneously and now we want to visit India and get a multiple entry stamp in New Delhi. the online system says H1B has been approved but I612 still says pending.

Do they usually approve the H1B and I612 together if we send the package for premium processing. Please advice

No. Only H-1B is subject to premium processing. I-612 is processed on first come first served basis.
