i hope some one ca help me
im here in the usa under a j1 visa that just expire like 2 weeks ago i am getting merried like in 2 weeks my fianceand I just found out im under the 2 year rule dose apply to me.....("au pair does not appear in the skill list nor getting government fund". And that is just enough to say that the 2 yrs HRR was given to you in error. We are just unlucky to have to deal ) i just found this in a web page im woundering if this is true or not im so scare about all this can some one help me or tell me what i should do
