J1 au pair and advisory opinion

I have been reading a lot of messages posted on this website and found them very useful. However, my situation is a little bit different and I hope that some one can help answer my questions.

I started with being an au pair and in my visa said that I am subjected for 2 years HRR (I do beleive that this is a mistake since au pair is not sponsored by government nor in a special skill list for my country). I didn't pay much attention to it until I got married and tried to change my status. Yes, it was my mistake at some point because I should have look more into this problem. INS denied my visa application last week because they saw in my passport saying about 2 years HRR. Does anybody have the same experience like me?

I look into the law and see that I can request for motion to reopen within 30 days of the denial. But do I need to get the result from Advisory opinion or waiver before I file the motion to reopen? (Seem likely that such process is not going to be done within 30 days)

What is the chance for me (as an au pair) to get away from 2 years HRR if I go though Advisory opinion?

Does DOS give case/ reciept number for Advisory Opinion so that I can check the case online? If so when should I expect to get that number?

Since my application is denied, I'm out of status now. Is this going to come back and bite me later even though I'm working on getting more paper work to submit to them?

I do feel that 2 years HRR is given to me by mistake and it does cause a lot of problem to me. But I have to be responsible for it and PAY MONEY for the government to remove it from my status. This doesn't sound right at all. Can I file a compliant to anyone?

Many thanks for any advise.

I don't know anything about the situation for au pairs, but being out of status is definitely a serious problem. It may prevent you from ever immigrating legally to the U.S. You need to take care of that before you do anything else.
