I'm applying for j1 waiver based on "No Objection" from my country of Permanent residence.My embassy have informed me that they have sent the No Objection letter.
DOS site shows "Letter of Representation" received.Is this same as "No Objection Statement".I'm not represented by any attorney.
what is Letter of Representation ?
